1. Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India via courier. Your order will be shipped within the timeframe mentioned below, starting from the date your order is confirmed.
2. India vide delivery : 3-7 business days.
3. You will receive the tracking details on your E-mail as soon as your product is dispatched.
4. Order delivery are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time, please arrange for someone else to receive the order on your behalf.
5. KAAKSHE is not liable for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.
6. We are also not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.
7. Any claims related to shortages or damages must be reported to the customer service team on the day of delivery.
