Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY KAAKSHE

we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. However, in the unlikely event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Exchange Exchanges are only applicable in cases of:

  • Damaged product(s) during transit
  • Defective or broken item(s) upon delivery.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact our customer care team at +91 92855 55566 or info@kaakshe.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • You must share clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the damage and original packaging.

3. Verification Process Once we receive your claim and media proof, our team will verify the details. This verification process may take 1–2 working days.  

4. Timeline for Exchange Dispatch and Delivery

  • • If the claim is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of verification.
  • In case the product is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit.

5. Conditions

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Exchange is not applicable for products damaged due to misuse or mishandling post-delivery. For any concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

REFUND POLICY:

  1. Kaakshe wishes its customers the best shopping experience to enhance their lives. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.
  2. Our products contain active extracts and ingredients, and damage due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitives towards a product/ingredient, and you are advised to do patch tests as cautioned in every product.

REFUND POLICY:

  1. KAAKSHE is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
  2. An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items/ leakage/ breakage or damage/ incorrect product, which has to be made.
  3. In case of a refund to be claimed, kindly contact our customer care on +91 92855 55566. , or write to us at  info@kaakshe.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim with the subject line “Refund for.”
  4. In case of a package being tampered/ damaged/ defective, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot and report it immediately.
  5. Contact the customer care team on +91 92855 55566 , if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer, within 3 days of the product being marked delivered. No refund shall be made after this period.
  6. The amount of refund doesn’t include the delivery charges as they are non refundable by delivery partners.
  7. Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer in the above manner within 4-7 working days.
  8. For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account in 7 working days.
  9. A claim for refund should be made within 48 hours of order delivery with the aforementioned details.
  10. If accepted, your refund may take upto 10 days to be credited from the day of refund accepted by KAAKSHE.
  11. KAAKSHE will provide all the details with relevant screenshots, along with the transaction id once the refund is initiated.

RETURN POLICY:

  1. In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage, broken , missing items) due to transit, a refund or exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy.
  2. The customer should contact our customer care within 24-48 hours in the event they receive a damaged/ broken/ leaked product.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. Cancellation of orders can be processed before their dispatch from the warehouse only. A refund for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 10 days of cancellation acceptance.
